90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

If Revoxa does not fit your routine, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will help you start a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in reasonable condition and include the main device, charging cable, massage heads, and any accessories included with your order. Normal product testing is allowed, but items that are intentionally damaged, missing major parts, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund.

  • The email used at checkout

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos AND videos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions after your request is reviewed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping fees, shipping protection, priority processing fees, and gift cards are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video so we can help resolve the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipment.

Because we work to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Shipping Time

Orders typically process in 1–2 business days. After processing, average US shipping time is about 1 business day. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
